THE AFRICAN MARKET
In many African countries, the market is vital to both cultural and economical development. Nigeria for example, Africa’s largest economy, has some of the busiest markets on the continent which have become a pipeline for the advancement of cultural trends. The people who work in these markets, are independent entrepreneurs, traders, and families who take pride in being an influence to the economic growth within their communities. In celebration of this, we will be curating a one-day program to highlight The African Market through visual & performing arts. The African Market will be a showcase of original & ethical fashion, accessories, jewelry, home goods, arts and more. For more information visit The African Market Event Page.
